USA-based venture capital firm Foxhog Ventures recently entered into a deal with Noida-based real estate startup Propsmith who has raised Rs. 5 crores in a seed round. The sources deal was announced at the end of February and will be completed in March. Company Propsmith which deals in commercial and residential projects operating in Noida, Gurgaon, Patna, and Pune with many high scalable businesses, plans to enhance their operations in other cities too.
While speaking on the tie-up, Tarun Poddar, Indian Head and Managing Partner of Foxhog said, “Real estate market is expected to grow and we expect a better ROI after Pandemic. We are also in the process to make a larger investment in the field of Edtech and personal care products.”
