The 5th HT Palate Fest

Chill is in the air, so how can you expect Delhi to stay behind when it comes to organising and attending various Food Festivals. And recently we had one of the largest and internationally recognised food festivals of the country, HT Palate Fest in the capital city. This was the 5th edition of Hindustan Times Palate Fest this year and it was thronged by people to experience the delicacies from all around the country and world. HT Palate Fest in fact is the recipient of the Best Event in South Asia at the prestigious INMA Global Awards (International News Media Association) held at Washington in 2018.

To begin the festive season with Christmas and New Year just around the corner, the festival was a winter feast for residents of Delhi-NCR. The fest offered tantalising range of food comprising of Thai, Italian, Continental, Chinese, American, French and Indian cuisines from leading names in the culinary space.

This winter, the three-day fest offered thrilling entertainment and appetising food like never before from established cafes, restaurants, bakery brands along with trending musicians and bands from the country under one roof for an unforgettable experience” said, Aditi Kapoor and Ruchi Sibal, Co-founders & Directors, Palate Fest Pvt. Along with relishing extensive variety of food, the audience indulged in exciting musical performances by prominent artists bringing in innumerable music genres from Indie to pop, Punjabi to Hip-Hop and Sufi to Rock for an all-round entertainment.

With multi-cuisine treats and live musical performances, the extravaganza also brought culinary joy from some of the finest and eminent chefs of India like celebrity chef Harpal Singh Sokhi of Turban Tadka, famous Indian super-model turned connoisseur Aditi Govitrikar, award-winning Chef Nishant Choubey, chef Saransh Goila and the Chef with Midas touch Chef Sabyasachi.

Our team from Exatraveller and Exablogs was also present at the venue during one of the master classes by the chef Saransh Goila and learned how to make and tasted Biryani with Jackfruit, garnished with Olives. The very complex Biryani preparation was made to look so simple by the chef that the audience was thrilled and we are sure many must have already tried making it at home.

PALATE FEST PVT. LTD.  is an establishment formed to bring together epicurean delights under one roof. A brainchild of Ruchi Sibal and Aditi Kapoor, Palate Fest provides a common platform for interaction, understanding, business generation and exchange of ideas for all the associated culinary brands.
